   Not sure if the attachments will come through

What happens is that they get detached and stored here on cosmos, rather
than mailed out to everyone.  Click on the links toward the bottom of
the message to see them.

Unfortunately, there's also a delay, because I have to approve such
messages.  There's no good reason for it.  The problem is that mailman
complains that the message is very large before it realizes that it's
supposed to detach the attachments.
