(ET) E8M Mower

I am trying to contact Mr. Coate who I think owns the Elec-Trak mower name.

 I have an E8M mower that I need some information about so I can fix the
lift
lever that  raises the mower deck. Right now it will not raise the deck.
 I tried to contact you sometime  back and have not received any response.

I also need to know how to take a wheel off as it needs a new tire to
replace
a non-repairable  tire.

I also would like to know if you have the yellow paint in spray cans so
so I can repaint the mower.

I tried looking up the Elec-Trak name and could not find any reference to
it.
