Re: (ET) current draw

Anybody know the trip curves on Elec-Trak fuses and breakers ?

(Slow-blow, fast blow have graphical curves, as do breakers).

That is all the difference, when discussing inrush & short term amp surges.

You are correct - 90A breaker on accessories

Driving the Elec-trak in insane mode (blowing snow uphill at full
speed)
I didn't go much above 300a total draw.

300A? Yup, that's insane! Isn't there a 90A breaker on the snowblower
or the PTO, or am I misremembering? And isn't it wired with 6AWG,
ampacity perhaps 75A in cold weather?

On my Electric Ox I try to keep my blower power from exceeding the 5kW
rating on my motor (so about 100A at 48V nominal) and my total
consumption below 150A to avoid blowing the 150A fuses at the batteries.
And I redid the wiring that goes to the blower in 4AWG.
