[Hunt03] new list name

I have created a new list for the team:
palindrome cosmos phy tufts edu.  We can retain this name from year to
year.  You should shortly get a message saying that you have been
subscribed to the new list and giving you a password that you can use
with the web interface to manipulate your subscription.  (Unlike most
mailman lists you will not get this password sent to you regularly, but 
you can
get it mailed to you on demand.)

If you don't want to be on the list (e.g., because you are not
planning to be on the palindrome team this year), please unsubscribe
yourself after you get the message saying that you are on the list.
