Re: [Hunt03] Reserving rooms for the Mystery Hunt

Great work already, Mike! Thanks for outlining all this.

I've only skimmed it quickly because I'm running to do something.

Quick comments:
-- At least two rooms (quiet room and talking room), the bigger the
better. A third nearby (or even not so nearby) social/food room would be
great.
-- I'd shoot for *comfortable* housing for 40 people, though I doubt we'll
ever have that many there at once.
-- On main campus, if at all possible.
-- Noise not a real issue, I think, as most of the Hunt will be on the
weekend, and much will be after hours (correct me on this, others, if
noise levels have gone up at MIT).
-- I think *big* windows that can be opened at least a bit are crucial for
quality of living, and to combat the sometimes quirky heating system. A
view is fabulous, but not required.

More later. Others' comments?

Thanks again, Mike!
