(ET) New deck, hm.

So looking at this new deck I wonder if it was one of the Bill Gun ones.

It has the straight deck without the "flower" type indents around the 
motor holes. The flower design is a late model deck.

It has two welded on stiffeners like the old style decks (this is not on 
the newer style)

It is totally unrusted. Not a spot anywhere and in one place where the 
paint chipped it looks almost stainless.

It has some sort of paint on the bottom and a fresh coat on the top.

I have to measure the gauge with calipers, but it is pretty darn stiff.

It has a front handle like the early decks

It has the reinforcement panels on top and bottom for where the deck 
mounts to the arms.

The arm mounting is welded to the deck, it does not use bolts.

It does not have any space for the elec-trak serial number plate. I'll 
double check but I don't think the holes are there either.

I'm in the process of putting everything back on it, will take till 
tomorrow. But it does look like new so either it's a completely new old 
stock that someone put the stiffeners on or it's a Gunn deck.

Any thoughts?
