                 Depending on the style of brake present, verify that the caliper, rotor, or both are free to move. Failure to do so results in short unhappy brake life and performance.

On the positive side the brake still works, but I have to press the pedal down further. And I can feel a ridge on the brake disc. Hopefully one can buy just the new disc and pads when the time comes.
