Now that Fall is here, it's time to start thinking about moving some
leaves......
Attached are 3 photos:
1. American Fan AF-12 impeller shown with the outer half of the housing
removed.
2. Blower assembly mounted to a 5HP ICE on the front of my E-15
(used a salvaged snowblower mount to bolt the ICE/blower to)
3. Ariens 6HP snowblower tractor with snowblower removed and a vacuum
attachment rotated to be a blower.
(it also has the same AF-12 impeller)
If you can find a blower, use an impeller that is cast with straight
blades and not squirrel cage style....it works great (and it is loud!).
By using the lift, I can raise/lower the blower to change the angle.
No more raking! When the leaves get too high, I plow them into the woods.
