(ET) Mower deck motor repair ?

Hello,

One of my mower deck motors does not rotate freely, so I guess that it is
broken. I took the brush carrier off the end, and my initial guess was 
that the
rotor had come apart and was rubbing against the magnets, but I wasn't 
able to
disassemble far enough to prove that.

How do you get the mower motors apart? Is there any likelihood of 
repairing it,
or should I just look for a replacement and move on...?
