same motors on E-12 and E-15?

Al Godfrey <agodfrey direct ca> needs a mower motor and the lift motor
for his E-12.  I have these motors spare from E-15, and want to
sell them to him.  Can anyone tell us if my E-15 motors will fit his E-12?
